Services that are offered at Millco include the design and manufacture of standard and custom tools, as well as the repair of damaged cutter pockets and cutter bodies.
Most cutters manufactured here at Millco are specifically designed with particular new geometries to increase both productivity and cost efficiency. Cutters can be manufactured using customer supplied blue prints or designs taken from our catalogue.
Mill-co also offers an on-site repair facility able to reconstruct and damaged area of a cutter body to “like new” condition.
